Conch Fritters


• 1 Lb. ground conch
• 1 sweet onion, minced
• 1 sweet pepper, minced
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 Tbsp. Butter (melted)
• 8 Tbsp. flour
• 1 tsp. baking powder

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Stir in flour and baking powder. It will be a little runny. Don’t put too much flour in it. Spoon into hot grease and cook until golden brown.
